About Asplins Producer Organisation

Established in 1998, we are a UK fruit co-operative, fully owned by our nine grower Members and with annual sales of over £127 million.  We have grown our business and earned an excellent reputation though consistently supplying premium quality fruit.

We supply all of the major supermarkets, who take over 90% of our volumes, with smaller volumes going to the wholesale, catering and independent sectors.

Our Standards

Asplins PO produce fruit to the highest standards and has the following accreditations.

We ensure our members are fully compliant with legislation and recognised industry standards. All our growers are accredited to Red Tractor Farm Assurance Standards (formerly Assured Produce).

All of our packhouses are audited annually and meet or exceed the requirements of BRC Standard for Food Safety.

Additionally, each of our members is independently audited to a set of standards dependant on their particular customer requirements:
